Unworn pieces with original tags can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery. Customised and altered pieces are final sale.

How to initiate

Email returns@aazeahouse.com with your order number. Once approved, we arrange a complimentary
pickup within the UAE; international clients use the prepaid label provided.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our atelier receiving the returned piece.
